ABOUT ME
After completing a master’s in health administration, I discovered my interest in the rehabilitation and recovery of patients suffering from a lack of motion due to health-related issues.
As a person who suffered from a lack of flexibility in my spinal cord and hips, I took my fitness instructing qualification and then started to take Pilates lessons. Later, I applied to St. Mary University in London to become an instructor myself, and since then, I have started my career as a Pilates instructor.
My priority is to encourage mobility, flexibility, and core stability and strength in my clients, prior to boosting their breathing techniques.
In a nutshell, Pilates is a coordination between mind and body, whilst also having a bit of fun.
I am also qualified to instruct pregnant women to soften their muscles and joints for an easier labour and reshape their bodies after giving birth
Pilates is complete coordination of body, mind and spirit.
